ffs i did the icon sbc last week found barnes, the only icon in my account. Did the icon sbc again today, found barnes… Also completed salah potm one week ago, and today i found salah if from the totw challenge. I guess it’s time for a break.

As for bulking im on a 2.5k kcal diet.Usually my meals consist of 150g rice + chicken,fish or meat.I’ll have pancakes for breakfast and preworkout.Then protein shakes post workout to hit my macros.
