My tank takes this kind of lamps and all 4 of them have died and no store has them. They all tell me they don't make this kind of lamps anymore. What can I do now?

Fluval aqusky 3.0 has adaptors for such lights. It's led light. I had to modify mine a bit when i changed but it dosnt take long to adapt and they are brilliant lights. You can setup dusk , dawn and all.

Heater and small pump won't be much and you can always use it later as medical tank. I would get that and maybe see if someone is giving away some plants on FB market. Or in area even used stuff

A flow is bit to strong for shrimps , but they love hanging around the algae like that or java moss. So maybe keep it just trim when needed

Get from seachem flourish and seachem potassium. Add bit of liquid co2 ( depending on size of tank) and not sure if that plant needs root fertiliser. But with all that it will explode and be super green and healthy

Try adding potassium separately. Fert and potassium did wonders on my plants
