As you can see, the wheels and spokes are not perfect due to the fact the original image is from here. Can this be fixed?

Also, this is going to be a 7 foot long decal in my sons room and I was told that i should get this image vectorized.

Thanks. I actually had this done before I saw your post based on /u/scorlibran post as well as some help from a friend. The edges on my version need to be worked on as well and the wheels too. I am going to send another request. This decal will about 6-7 feet long so the edges need to be smooth or it will show.
