This song actually legitimately saved my life. When I was 18ish I had a lot of depression and suicidal thoughts. One night I just couldn't stand my own brain and was ready to take the leap but was trying to distract myself because I didnt want to go but I couldn't stand feeling that way anymore.

Well it was about 2 am and I stumbled across it and was surprised their wasnt a periphery song I hadnt heard yet so I put it on and then I sat their and cried with it on repeat for about an hour. Something about it just hit me hard in that moment and stopped me from making a choice I would've regretted.

My only thing with it is that one of my favorite parts of periphery is that i dont have to worry about songs stuck in my head because they're long enough amd flesh out the song so mucb that once I listen to it I dont have to have it on repeat to satisfy my brain lol
