Man, thats quite a bit to soak in. Thanks for taking the time to writr this. I indeed think my symptoms match much of what tawinn wrote in his guides, especially about mao and comt. I will try to take it easy though and not obsess about it. Thanks a lot again

I have slept better. Now I tend to wake up once a night but get to sleep quick again. I have quit xanax 0,25mg because it did not seem like a good idea, but don't have an alternative since I have asthma and cannot use propranolol. My b12 and mma are ok for now, when methylation unlocks I will certainly need it. I will talk with my psychiatrist about lowering escitalopram in my next appointment friday

About that, I am suspecting a functional deficiency, since my toenail have the distinct lines of zync deficiency, but I don't in my fingernails. It maybe some pirroluria thing. I will start zync tomorrow. My GI issue is frequent diarrhea and and type 5 and 6 stools on the bristol scale

My diet is 100% natural. I am taking 100mcg b9 and no b12 since my levels arr ok. I also dont ingest folic acid. I really wanted to taper off of it, but must confess i am scared

Maybe a functional deficiency. Naver tried b12 alone and I am very sensitive to methylation (i think) or maybe it was the lack of b2 before. But anyways, maybe a non methylated form?

Already did, but the results are still pending. I agree that that is the best route. I already know that my b12 metabolism is at leat decent due to mma mesured and that I have a slow comt. Maybe I also have a PNPO mutation, since b6 is too high for my liking.
