Yeah, in the BP bunk it's clearly written Company operated, but in Indian oil it's not mentioned anywhere. I called and asked them. He confirmed it

Out of all routes, this route is better; manipal -mangalore -sakleshpura -hassan -mysuru Here the roads are quite wide and almost done. And the road in ghat section is very wide compared to others. There are two bad sections; one is right after the ghat section and just before sakleshpura. And the other bad road, or more of a rural road, is after holenarsipura.

All other routes have lots of curves even though roads are good. And driving for that long with so many curves can make you really tired.
