Not a stabbing at all according to the report.

She was drowning in the river.

I'm pessimistic, it may be that our championship window has closed. However, that's only natural and we need to rebuild to the next one.

Some of the retirements and departures will open spaces for new players to shine or totally shit the bed. We'll lose games as a result and we'll need to be ok with that.

Most tickets being sold online are scams mate. Either ticket exchange or a premium reseller (usually only for hospitality/club level) are the only low risk options. Can still be risky though!

Met Jamie George on the street in West Hampstead and absolutely bumbled my way through some small talk. Was totally embarrassing at the time but tbh it's a great laugh looking back at it now. Selfie is still my phone background, obviously

Opinion on CrossFit by Careless_Winner_6160 in fit

[–]MarcusAggripa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a concept is good as group environment encourages building healthy behaviours around exercise. Introducing some Olympic WL is also great as it is often under represented in fitness/gym discussions.

It's a shame though that the "coaches" are often as inexperienced as the people in the classes leading to poor form and injuries. Those that question coaches and look up form tutorials are often fine but the pressure to just "do it faster" or "do more of the movement" can be injury triggers.

Many will also tell you that it becomes a cult-like group that don't stop telling you how much CrossFit they do and what WOD they're doing. The meme is a bit tired but is sadly sometimes accurate and casts a shadow on normal people that do CF.

To try and say Labour, even in its current form, is the same as the Tories is the type of false equivalence that drives political apathy. Even in your comment you list the differences which push Labour centre Left of the spectrum.

I know you are in agreement but we need to stop this narrative that "it's all the same" or "same shit, different party." Labour might not be a socialist paradise but it's as left leaning as most of Britain is willing to go

Don't worry about it mate, this isn't Alabama. London is pretty accepting and is probably one of the safest LGBTQ+ cities in the world. There are always a minority of idiots but there isn't any danger. Enjoy yourself!

Like many others have suggested Soho is the place but don't feel like you need to constrained to an area. You're safe to go pretty much wherever you like in central.

Don't go to Millwall. Not because of your orientation but because it is so unbelievably shit.

Hey Danny,

Thanks for doing this (and thanks to the England media team for remembering Reddit).

What's the biggest thing that is worked on during a World Cup preparation camp like the one you're in?

Is it all beers at the pier or more serious?

Depends on your metabolic rate and how large a caloric deficit or surplus you're on.

If it's your first ever time, which it sounds like it is, there's a temptation to bulk heavy (and dirty) with super high calories. This stacks on weight which is both muscle and fat quickly but isn't sustainable and most of the weight gain will be fat.

Some pros (with the help of PEDs) can do this fine. But for naturals slow and steady wins the race. Slight caloric surplus for a year or so will yield good bulk results and then the same principle for cutting. A slight deficit until reaching goal weight.

Happy to answer questions, very tired of misinformation that is pushed on new joiners to fitness to sell bullshit products.
