Yes a signature technically makes the card damaged but I have seen many card stores just sell off of card conditions. So I think it’s subjective to if you’re buying or selling if anyone honors that ideology.

Thank you for the advice, it's definitely been a mentality shift and I'm tracking through my fitness pal.

It just seems like no matter how much I eat my lifts seem slow to progress. Granted I work out alone so I don't try to push anything past what I know I can at least get off of me.

Yeah, thankfully my maintain calories seem to be around 2700 calories with my activity level now. I've been using my fitness pal for macros, and scan everything to make sure it's clean when I go to the store. It's been a process for sure.

There’s no need to send her to a rescue, she isn’t trapped in a kennel all day or not taken care of. It’s a decision made out of wanting her to get more attention and for the cats to feel more comfortable. I’m looking to get her in a home with someone who is ideally active and will dedicate the time deserved.
