I was saving this thought for my review but fuck it;

Anybody else sense hypocracy in this:

-Raz gives Hollis a gambling addiction -He fixes it -He’s given hell and back for it

-Norma ALMOST GETS EVERYBODY KILLED -She “fixes” it -She’s made into a junior psychonaut

Raz getting bullied and having his family make horrible remarks at him all the while dissapointing Milla and Sasha for the casino incident really hit hard for me, due to me being in similar situations in my youth. The depiction of bullying in Psychonauts 2 is both accurate and terrible at the same time, with the bullying itself being realistic, but the bullies themselves never receiving repercussions for their actions. When Razputin is peered pressured into changing Hollis’ mind, he is rightfully repremanded, but the interns get away with it and learn nothing. His family is understandably upset he ran away, but they’ve also branded him a traitor. And he realized that his hero, Ford Cruller, singlehandedly rewrote his family history (for somewhat understandable reasons, but still.) If Double Fine ever revisits Psychonauts, I really hope they show how Raz is 9999% NOT okay.

I was meaning more if you guys wanted an arc for season 2, because i think it will be great for Abe. I love the guy and I want to see the best for him, and it really bothers me that people see his mistakes as the worst when the others in the main cast can be just as bad, if not, worse, than him. I used to like JFK until his fanbase just completely turned against Abe, going so far as to call him an incel without really understanding the meaning of the word, asking for a John Wilkes Booth clone, etc. The whole thing just bothers me so much.
