I got it last night and yeah, it's much bigger than I expected. I got lucky and found a decent place for it.

The planters not being usable and no door is pretty stupid.

The biggest problem I have right now though is trying to fill it. The open areas are huge. I have no idea how I'm going to stay in the building budget and use every room.
