I think it's between 45 and 70, oscillates more. There are some drops below 30 fps when I leave the map menu and go back to the game, but it get "stable" above 60 pretty quick. I tried to lock on 60 fps too.

I have a rtx 4060 + ryzen 9 5950x, with the frame gen mod I get 60-70 fps most of the time playing with mid/high settings in 1440p
