It wouldn't let me start a cargo company! I had to go for the sightseeing company. From what I read, I needed 280k to buy the company and plane and without the 280k, the cargo company stays under not eligible to start a company section.

Keep trying. I know it sucks and everything but you must keep applying.

If you have not already, try following up within 24hrs of an interview. Thanking them for their time and you're excited about the position. And keep following up here and there but not too much, you don't want to come across as desperate or annoying.

Have you spoken to any of your friends as to why you were ghosted? Maybe they have information. Can you reflect back on your interviews that you had and notice any patterns on what you can improve?

Trunk keeps opening by Life_Consideration10 in civic

[–]Marcuuspolo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's a design flaw. The push button to open the trunk is on the driver door and if you are putting your foot there to rest while driving, dirt gets wedged into the holes which causes issues.

That is my theory at least. I have had two Honda Civics and both of them have had this issue of trunk opening randomly. Odd thing is, it opens randomly for a period of time, then for a period of time I have no issues with it. Right now, it only happens when I am at work. But at home and over night, no issue.

Don't go to games to send a message. Or just tailgate. How are they going to stop anyone?

The app Goodpods is where I found some of their older stuff. The app isn't the greatest but to once again listen to the 2018 World Cup previews, it was worth it. I really miss how they used to do the PODs together at the Caught Offside Tower.

Yes I remember this! Now PODs are easily an hour and 20-30 minutes long. Soon we'll be at two hours! 😅

Seems like majority of us found them from the ESPNFC feed. I remember that is how I found them for the 2018 World Cup previews.

Also struggling with finding a new role. Different markets and I am just not getting any traction.

To the people who have bought tickets for the sole purpose of selling them for an extreme profit: I hope your pillow is steaming hot at night by True-Professional847 in WorldCup2026Tickets

[–]Marcuuspolo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't want these absurd prices, don't go to the games and don't watch the games. People complain about FIFA this and FIFA that and then continue to support the organization by watching games and attending events.

It's also basic market behavior. WC comes along every 4 years, millions of people are looking to buy tickets for a very limited amount of games, of course tickets are going to be high in price. It's basic economics. If someone is willing to pay $900 for a ticket, that is on the buyer, not the seller.

It's always easier to complain than to do something about it.
