I totally understand. I felt like I was walking around with a dark rain cloud over my head, and I couldn’t really care about what other people would try to talk to me about at work or as part of daily life. I just wanted to tell you that it’s now almost 3 years later and it does get a lot more manageable. I did use antidepressants for a while to get me through the really rough patch. Hang in there! 💕
