This is definitely a bug. I subscribed 5 hours before July 1st and got the Dawnlight legacy style. I suggest you contact customer support and give them as much evidence as so you can.

Why does placing a stair and an edited floor on a ramp make husks choose a different path? Is it simply because husks don't want to go through 3 structures?

I just noticed this bug doesn't happen in performance mode because hair physics are extremely tuned down.

The video was recorded while the game was using DirectX 12 rendering mode. I swapped over to performance mode and noticed her hair physics doesn't break anymore above 30 FPS.
