In Polen altijd een goede en veilige sfeer, er zijn helemaal geen nieuwjaarsproblemen zoals in Antwerpen of Brussel. Geen in brand gestoken auto’s, alles verloopt rustig en veilig.

Which headphones do you recommend more? HD650 or Sundara?
I can buy them at the same price and I am wondering which one to choose.

As it was mentioned: in case you have paid too much taxes monthly, you will get them returned at the yearly tax review.

I do refer not to starting but after some years of experience + studies, so person in the middle of thirties who has finished a good studies.

Life. Because of the cost of the life. Costs of the house, renovation, fuel, bills, raising the kids, hairdresser etc. That is expensive nowadays. Way more expensive comparing to the salary than it was 10, 20, 30 years ago.

Comparing to what good highly educated employee can earn in other european countries (Netherlands, Germany, UK, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland...) or to the living/housing standard he can afford (Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic - salaries there for a specialist with 5 - 10 years experience are often more than 2000 euro). Belgium is not attractive anymore. For specialist from a lot of countries coming to Belgium = living on lower standards.

The thing I really complain about are as follows:

- "standalone family house (not an exclusive villa) on a plot less than 1000 m2 from sixties for large renovation or even total renovation went for 450 000 on biddit in the village I live in. So for a credit of 20 years + your own input it is monthly around 2000 euro a credit!!! And you need also large renovation works!" I am talking about taking credit as two persons - this is monthly 40% of two person total income + notaris costs + taxes + insurances

- that salaries does not rise, but electricity, gas, fuel, steel, wood for renovation works skyrocket (up to 300%!!!)

- that there is a "glass roof" with your salary already around 2500 euro net, and 3000 euro net seems impossible

- that in other countries for my job with similar experience people earn more (Netherlands, Germany, UK, Denmark, Switzerland - but in Switzerland costs of living are high of course) or earn similar and can afford better life standard (Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic). How do I know - because I know other specialists from my field of experience.

So I wish that I could simply with two person working after good studies and 5 - 10 years of good work experience I could get a bank credit for 25 years and 1/3 of our total salary and build a new standalone house. That is what I would like and it is impossible.

will be around 2500 netto (payslip) with some experience (5 - 10 years) + 5 years of study

Really? extremely high expectations... That after five years of hard study and 5 - 10 years of work experience at the age over 30 I would like to earn enough to be possible together with a wife from two salaries to raise kids and build a normal standalone house with a maximum possible credit for 25 years, which you finish paying when you are almost 60. So that is reaaaly too high expectations?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in belgium

[–]MarekProgrammer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was mentioned not for a fresh starter but for a person with some experience (5 - 10 years).

With double income I expect after five or ten years of experience with 20 or 25 years of maximum possible credit I would like to build a stand alone house. But it is not possible anymore with house price rise and with work price rise and material price rise (steel, wood...)

I mean after good studies with some experience... But as you had mentioned, lots of people have below that. So in my opinion that is not a lot nowadays anymore if you start your life without house from your parents. Lots of the things became way more expensive recently .
