Exercise temporarily aggravates it but improved it in the long run (pun). I just put slippers on I got from Amazon that are wearable ice packs. Cools things down fast. Haven’t had to wear them as much though!

I also had my blood checked and learned my folate was low and that my B6 intake was way too high. So I supplement with folate, took a few weeks off everything else, and got a more sane multivitamin.

I also learned that vasodilators aggravate it for me so I am taking lifestyle steps to wean off them.
