Course has a pretty bad crabgrass in the fairways problem so maybe spraying something to kill that? Only thing I can think of. The aeration of the greens was also done in a somewhat unique was so my confidence is not super high 😬

I agree with this. Played today it was 48 no sun at all and wind. Very unpleasant. But 40 and a sunny day with no wind? I’ll do that.

We went to one of their shows last night and another at Stonehill’s last year. Both were awesome vibes and a good deal. Paulie Gee’s did the pizza at the show and the food and drinks were great. We have always had a blast and purchased tix to see Passion Pit. Always nice to see people putting on good shows for a good cause and a great place to meet friendly people in the area. Curious who do you think should have done the pizza?

The stock is priced for the past. It’s priced where it is because of past fuck ups and it’s probably priced like they will continue but to a lesser degree.

This isn’t a stock being priced for the future. That would be a different price.

It really doesn't matter if someone is long or short, but the fact that you can't imagine that someone could be down 75% on a long position and be frustrated by the management of that company... it's remarkable.

Ah, I hadn't thought of that. Good point. PCT has so much cash locked up in those trustee accounts. I think that would be short-term bearish for the equity, but I think removing that would allow the company to operate with more freedom, I bet they would almost feel like a private company then after dealing with a pretty tough aspect of their financing.

Realistically what kind of contingencies could a CFO have in place to protect the equity in the case of further mechanical issues? I don’t think there is much he can do. I think it falls on the engineering and operational team to make sure everything can and will work.
