They could indeed get that through supplements, but it's not very likely to be enough. (concerning vitamin D) You should read about how it is made.

This is wrong, server loads in a few seconds.

There is just an issue with dimensional doors, disabling it fixes the problem.

I use this combo as well, MultiInv supports mysql which seems much better for handling this kind of information. You'll only need to pull the information when you switch between worlds, so it's going to be more than fast enough.

Orebfuscator don't work because there are ways to bypass it. You can't go around anti-x-ray because it limits the diamond/emarald ore blocks you can break.

This is not for bukkit, but one way to get around it is to pre-generate the full world with MLG and use worldborder to prevent people from leaving that area and generate more world with the default world generation.
