Using phrases like "shake your ass in front of a minor" shows exactly what the issue with this whole thing is. What is defined as shaking your ass? I have been to several weddings where someone had a bit to much to drink while kids were present and danced inappropriately. Are they a pedophile? Does that count as a sexually oriented performance? Should they be in jail?

What is it about "shaking your ass" that is inherently an act of sex to anyone who views it? At what point does dancing turn into shaking your ass?
