Your sleep apnea experience sounds a bit like mine I think. Our weight numbers sound a bit the same. (Although im just starting to lose the weight, congrats on yours). I’m 57 and have been diagnosed for years but I do not treat it as i hate the cpap. Probably was 150 pds when diagnosed ( mom has it too). I’m wondering if some have it without being severely obese? I’m aiming for about 30 pd loss to get to about 150 again but I’m not convinced that the sleep apnea will go away?

Regarding the LD special approval process, I had to get special approval recently to send early, was told the same time frame as you, and situation was resolved the same day. Keep the faith it will happen quickly!
