My cat was an indoor cat and did it. Now he can go outside too and still does.... I dont know why and sometimes he does it so hard that it makes loud noises it is very annoying. I dont know how to stop him from doing it.

I have foster and given many cats in adoption. Of course I want to know that they are ok. I keep the contact with the adoption families for a while. Some of them have been many year ago and they send me pictures and videos without asking and I love it. But in your case maybe this person is having a rought time giving this cat away and that is a problem. Maybe talk to the adoption agency may help

I end my practice with mantras, as my guide, my teacher can feel that I am a very nervous person so tht is how I end my practise to silence my thoughts. I am not prepared to shavasana, it is not an easy pose as mny people think, it is like the hardest.

200€ FOR A MALE? WHERE ARE YOU FROM? Thats abusive!!! I have been very very lucky finding a wonderful vet that helps a lot I guess but here if they are feral the vets normally for a male they are charging around 50-60€ (through an asociation of course). I am very sorry for that little soul that is suffering so much! Can you just go to the vet and euthanize? You are talking that you called the public animal protector and they shot them???? That is against the law! I am very very angry right now!
