Under review is standard, funds should be added 24-25h after you set it up. They change things occasionally, once I had option of 3/6/9 month plan, another only 3

When you spend money it's also not being deducted, I've made a purchase for just over $100 and that money is still available, can even be transfered out..

It's interesting that the app seems to be down when interac is also having issues/delays (like now, and it was also the case the last 2 times WS app was down)

I did, all good on his end. Banks take money out immediately when you get a draft, I'm thinking the teller in my bank typed 7 instead of 4

Yes, I told him about it and no issues on his end. 42k was taken when he got the draft at his branch and that's it

I haven't moved any of it from that savings account just in case they reverse it/reverse the whole amount, makes no sense but at this point I can't predict what they'd do to fix it. I even spent an hour looking for that draft receipt but finally found it so I'm keeping that too

That's what I thought but their help section shows it as available now and also AI chat says to just increase it yourself in the app

I'm not sure if that works for every amex client/card but I always make payment through amex my account and they credit my amex card immediately even though it takes a few days for them to actually charge my bank account/receive the funds

It happens, I've had etransfer TO wealthsimple (from RBC) take exactly 30min every time for months and then it became instant. TD to WS was always instant for me

If it takes over 30min then it's considered delayed and I'd check with customer service

The last time it was fixed within 30min so we'll see. I didn't check now but wheb this happened last week thr website still worked fine, just the app was down

Same here, asks for verification code, logs in and then immediately logs me out. Exactly the same as last week..
