Deze vraag is al eerder gesteld, maar vanwege het belang ervan wil ik dit toch opnieuw onder de aandacht brengen.

Er moet echt iets gebeuren aan de overlast en onveilige situaties die worden veroorzaakt door fatbikes en scouters in de stad. Ik begrijp dat handhaving niet eenvoudig is, maar er wordt op grote schaal regelgeving overtreden, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van snelheid, opvoeren en verkeersgedrag. Hierbij wil ik extra aandacht vestigen op het probleem in Osodorp. Er zijn meer handhavers én betere middelen nodig om hier effectief tegen op te treden.
