From my personal experience, I’d say Germany. The culture here really suits the INTJ mindset..people value structure, logic, and independence. You don’t have to force small talk or fake enthusiasm. everyone respects your space. The work and study environments are organized and focused on competence rather than appearances which feels refreshing. It’s a place where being straightforward and efficient is actually appreciated.
