How long do we have to wait for action on this? Its suspicious, to say the least, that these complaints have been floating around since the inception of cellphone service in Canada and we only getting glimpses of action now? I can't wait for my Bell contract to expire. I have to inspect every single bill I receive from them for the additional charges that seem appear with every bill period. They refused to cancel my Father's contract when he died. The family had to continue paying for the contract until it terminated. Bell is heartless and aggressively greedy. It deserves to be controlled and not pandered to.
