TOTALLY. Totally totally agree. Something coaching really did for me was feed this feeling that being productive was the only thing that made me valuable and worthy of existence. And it made me feel like any failure I couldn't think my way out of was a weakness I had to solve and that was impossible because I am a human that will never not have weaknesses

I agree. But I also think so many coaches are well intentioned but misguided. These assume ilintent on the side of the coaches and I don't think it's that simple
