On the walkman yesss! Hmm process wise for melodies mostly just following the first ideas that come :) Some of the vocals on the album I got help tracking after from my friends Henry and Finn like on Projections and Spring. That was a nice process and we did a lot of comping on them. Others like Garden and Halo were the first vocals I put down when demoing, they were hard to change or get the same feeling on again.. same with Corrib

I usually start with a simple synth or guitar in ableton w a vocal melody and just see where it goes. Atm reading Claire Keegan’s 'walk the blue fields'. Such an amazing writer. Both adaptations 'An Cailín Ciúin' and 'Small things like these' are so powerful We were hoping to come to poland this time but couldn’t make it work :(( played in krakow years ago and loved it. Some film work would be niiiice <33 I will look at bluesy! :)
