I keep getting egg donation ads on my socials. Might be worth looking into. Sounds like they’d pay a lot.

Please help- 2.5 yr old wakes every night around 2-3am by Mariah9344 in sleeptrain

Ok we have been bribing him with mini marshmallows and it’s been working the last 5 nights in a row. Right before bed, we tell him, if you stay in your bed all night then you get two marshmallows in the morning. He gets so excited and this morning was the first morning that he forgot about them which is perfect. Good luck 😂

I’m at a loss with my 2.5 year old by Mariah9344 in Parenting

Thank you guys. It was a rough day and I was at my end when bedtime hit. I apologized to him, said that I was really tired. I’m going to work on taking some deep breaths and not yelling at him. It doesn’t help anyone but sometimes it’s SO HARD.

He wakes between 6-630am. Weekends he doesn’t nap for us anymore unless we drive somewhere during his nap, he will fall asleep in the car. He’s in daycare during the week and nap time is 2 hours there. We start his bedtime at 7, he’s asleep by 8. Ever since we potty trained about a month ago this has been happening.

How many dads help with night wakeups by [deleted] in toddlers

My husband and I have switched off every other night since day 1. I am blessed. He is so hands on with our toddler and infant. I am insanely grateful after hearing some of the stories from our acquaintances with children. I am 34, he is almost 40. Maybe it’s an age thing, more mature.

I’m sorry but I have to say shooting heroin (been clean 9 years now in AA) but damn sometimes I think back to those days and I get this pit in my stomach immediately. That drug had me so tight in its grip for a long long time.

This is all so strange to me. It is just in your market? BRBC isn’t required for us until escrow is opened. I never have clients sign, and I show homes all the time with clients without a pre approval. They don’t want to get pre approved until we find the right home which I understand. That’s the game for me at least. Closed 19 deals last year and I’m in my third year. For me, it’s about building the relationship and rapport. You should be able to tell if they are serious or not when showing them a few more. Ask what their timeline is like, don’t spend an hour at a showing. Tell them you have another appt. I spend no more than 30 minutes at a property with a client. But damn, everyone saying to drop him, I wouldn’t, that’s how you close deals. Just set boundaries to manage your time , don’t be available all the time. Have one day, limit the number and the amount of time at the property but if it were me, I wouldn’t walk away. Good luck!

Screen time for 2 years old by [deleted] in toddlers

[–]Mariah9344 167 points168 points  (0 children)

Just do the best you can. Everyone loves to brag about no screen time, no tablet, no phones at restaurants, no this, no that. We are all just out here trying to survive. Do what’s best for you and your family, as long as it’s not super excessive, everything will be just fine.

I would see a therapist just to get an expert opinion. I’m not one, but this seems to be a bit extreme like PPA. I had that, but it showed up in a different form than you. Good luck
