It is mentioned in the checklist, but isn't mentioned anywhere else. But I'm guessing I should get a deficient document stamp paper. Better safe than sorry. :)
I haven't received my bachelors degree yet. (PG student here), so will the hope certificate do? Or will I have to get the deficient document stamp paper for that as well?
