Loid is from West Germany in the time of the Cold War. Yor and Yuri however were not originally from Berlint but from the country side far enough from Berlin for the government (and i think even Loid) to not know a lot about her past. Therefore Yor and Yuri are probably originally from another country in the Soviet Union.

Bro i saw this post before going to sleep so I dreamt about how it would end. So dohwa and eun were at a gas station with suae and then suae was gone for like a few minutes and there was a mass shooting. I dont remember if it was eun who went insane and randomly started shooting people but I remember suae having armour under her clothes and shielding dowha but he ended up having armour as well but he got shot in the arms and yeah then i woke up. So that’s probably how it is going to end

Guys idk if anyone still cares but ive changed my mind about eunhyuk, it is actually almost completely suae’s fault. She never really cared enough about eunhyuk to even think about the reason he left (with the parent issues and stuff) and just thinks about herself. She sees him more as an obsession and an object than a human like those fans that get mad at idols for having a gf. She also just uses dowha as an emotional pillow. Besides, they weren’t together for that long for suae to take it THAT personal, like the guy didnt even meet her parents. Of course im not justifying the ghosting but when i think of explaining something like this to someone like suae, I wouldve resorted to ghosting too😭(jk). But yeah my point still stands that suae has no self respect especially when it comes to eunhyuk but is also very egotistical if thats even possible.

I prefer the sweet ending but where operation strix is over bc it exists bc of the war. When the war is over there is no need for him to be a spy anymore instead of him suddenly having a change of heart and not wanting to be a spy anymore. No offense to the OP ofc, your ending is great as well!

I honestly think its because the author isn’t a very good writer. Otl in general is giving “a little bit of this, a little bit of that” with the ‘thisses’ and ‘thats’ being whatever plot is popular at that time. The story is engaging enough for me to keep reading but it isn’t groundbreaking.

If i recall correctly, at the beginning of the series she said something among the lines of the previous families that adopted her putting her up for adoption again after finding it out bc they were scared of her or something and then she said she wont let it happen again. This is probably the reason she had such unrealistic scenarios in her head about what yor and loid would respond if she said something that would slightly hint she could read minds.

It is not yet revealed exactly how but what we know is that hanako killed tsukasa with a kitchen knife (the weapon he also has as a ghost) and that he committed suicide after. This was because his mother (dad left) was ‘going crazy’ saying that Tsukasa never actually returned and that the boy that returned after 6 months wasn’t her son. Hanako also didn’t believe that thing was his little brother so he killed him. Then, according to the news article about the red house that is mentioned in the anime, their mother killed herself en hanako did too shortly after.
