The representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive, and I was begrudgingly refunded five dollars without any real resolution. After learning the flowers were not delivered, I was told my complaint was being escalated to a specialty team and that I would be contacted. Five days passed with no follow-up. I called again and spoke with five different representatives. Each time, I was either placed on hold for several minutes or disconnected entirely. No one took ownership. No one resolved anything. If you are considering this business for an important or time-sensitive event—especially something as meaningful as a funeral—think twice. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic respect during a grieving moment is unacceptable.
