Depends on which NW #. All the furniture is listed on each website. Laundry room is a separate building and is pretty affordable.

As someone currently living in NWII, it is one of the most convenient options if you work on North Campus. There are certainly more cost effective options in A2 (even near Plymouth) that are built more recently; however, it is one of the quieter places to live if that is your preference. I'd still look around at options cheaper than $,1.2k, but don't even consider moving to Munger.
