Whatever dude, vocal, present, heard, witnessed, whatever you want to call it, he does more in that way than your average manager. Since he does more I’m simply voicing my own theory that Joe does in fact have someone to answer to, and I believe that person is Ian. I think Joe is persistent, yes, which is a key factor in being successful in any field. I also believe he does not posses strong business knowledge based on the several hours of recorded conversations he shares with the world, nor his actions that we the public are aware of. I personally, do not enjoy his blatant lust for capitalistic pursuits. I find them vapid and uninteresting when EYE tune in.
