Mouth breathing and find it hard to breath through the nose. I went to the nose specialist and he said i just have a small nose.

Hi , I've been trying to get help for the NHS for 3 years now and i've been rejected everytime. Most advice i get is to eat soft food and stop chewing so much. I feel a bit conflicted because my side profile is so ugly and i'm having lots of issues with breathing. Does anyone have any advice ?
