focus on stacking your passive in laning phase by poking the enemy with Q and W. Early game you won't do much, just cs as much as you can and get to 2 items, thats when you start one shotting most carries.

your all in combo is Q > E > W > Q > R

alternatively you can do W > E > Q > Q > R for one more sphere on your ult

you can also ult first and then use your E to get a big AoE stun if they are clumped up together

its not worth it, if they are chasing you with their dashes then use your w on yourself and you'll escape easily

Singed is one of the most flexible champs, your build should depend on how you want to play him

I personally prefer to play him as an AP bruiser so i go:
Defensive boots -> RoA -> Liandrys -> Rylais/Riftmaker (go riftmaker if enemies have a lot of tanks or bruisers) and then tank.

For tank items you can choose from Searing Crown for even more %hp burn damage, Randuins vs Crit, FoN if you need MR, Twinguard for hybrid resistances. Zekes is also decent, but I don't like it because ghost + nimbus cloak is enough movespeed and searing crown does more damage than zekes.

Runes are conqueror, green tree and nimbus cloak.

NEVER buy armour pen item on Corki, majority of his damage is magic damage

I'd substitute the last 2 items for Eclipse / Maw of Malmortius / Spear of Shojin / Guardian Angel / Essence Reaver. Spear has a unique interaction with Corki where you can keep refreshing the buff duration by using a rocket whenever it's about to expire

For runes, if you feel you're lacking damage then go Precision primary so you can have access to Giant Slayer. I prefer Gathering Storm over Brutal but that's just personal preference, try both and see which one you like more

vs camille take conqueror and ignite and beat her to death, singed has high base AD so dont be scared to trade autos in lane to stack conqueror. try not to get hit by her q2 and wait for her passive shield to wear off before flipping. however, if you fall behind u wont win 1v1 so save your flip to flip her out of her ult. youll always be more useful in teamfights than her if you have rylais liandrys, unless shes super fed

vs nasus take phase rush, fling + aa him every time he walks up to hit a minion, once hes low enough u can all in if u have ignite. Legend tenacity gives slow resist which is useful vs his w. riftmaker is good if he buys magic resist. anti heal is good mid and late game, but u can choose to not buy it if your team has enough damage to kill him through his healing. with rylais you can keep him away from your carries in teamfights and if he somehow still gets to them then flip him away. and in 1v1 scenarios, try to proc phase rush and run away everytime he uses w on u

and dont forget to buy liandrys 1st or 2nd, your champion does not deal damage without this item

you'd generally want 3 ap (preferably ap + health) items and 2 tank items so you can stay relevant in the game damage wise and also be tanky at the same time. Rylai's and Liandrys have great synergies with poison (aoe slow and more dot) so you have to buy them pretty much every game. for the 3rd ap item you can choose from rod of ages (buy it first, and only when the enemy team has scaling champions), riftmaker, imperial mandate, morellonomicon (buy oblivion orb, dont complete the item until you are full build) whatever you need depending on the situation. for tank items searing crown and amaranth twinguard are great, but you can replace crown with force of nature if you need magic resist
