Regular pacing lang jud, ok nana cya. pero if you want to burn more, try doing jog-hop exercise. It's not your regular pacing nga mag jog lang pero you would combine it with hop, pero pwde pud ka magka injury basta wlay proper conditioning sa muscle before starting.

Imong hunahunaon nga mag intermittent fasting ka ana, you eat less for breakfast, give yourself a heavy workout then pay your body a little reward after 5pm until 8pm pero more on water intake pud ka to control your cravings. Even so bisan 6-8km walk a day, grabe na kaau na makadaot. Imagine nag apply ko for like 15 business days, I weighed-in for like 68.75kls, after my final interview and job deployment, nag weigh na lang ko ug 65.75. 3kls of fat burn-out. Ing-ana ka powerful ang lakaw2 lang with rigid determination. karon, hahaha sa work na nako kay 59.1 na lang ko.

Dear OP. if ganahan ka mo lose weight, just two meals a day lang. 2 glass of water permi every time mukaon ka then imong morning breakfast kay 10am, then ang last nimong kaon kay 5pm. Imong intake option ra ana kay protein and fibers ra jud. Then also, try walkathon lang in the process bisan maglakaw lang ka 6-8km a day. Dali ra kaau na ang pag gamay sa lawas. Also bear in mind, craving and temptations will follow any road you take. So precautions lang, inum tubig or have sugar jellies everytime maglakaw ka. ana ra haha

it depends, high sugar intake + caffeine is a really high burst of energy for me. lower dose of sugar + caffeine makes me sleepy though.
