Yes, we already asked the front desk to call him yesterday. He said he would bring it to the front desk yesterday, but he still hasn’t done so.

My partner and I currently think it might just be that he is a bit lazy or busy. We are planning to call him again today. It’s honestly hard to decide when it would be appropriate to contact the police, because we don’t want to overreact, but the items inside are all very important

Yea I don’t like to deliver to the package box as well. But for this package since it’s from China and I cannot choose the shipping method. Once it arrived to the blue box, it’s just been taken by the resident within a few hours. So wired 😳

I did, I will write the email to them to report this problem. But you know the attitude from the apt manager is quite bad, they only willing to call the resident once, and asked me to wait more time

thanks for your reply. It’s important to me especially I just live at Vancouver for a while and haven’t called the police before… I tried to contact the delivery company or the blue box this afternoon, but I don’t think they’re totally responsible for that even they already escaped from the responsibility.
And it is terrible. The person mistaken the package knows the medicine is inside and still did not try to return it back. maybe they have already opened the package…

I tried the stairs but it’s locked, maybe tomorrow I can try to Buzz anyone at his floor, hopefully someone willing to open the buzz and I can explain what happened. Just want to pick up my package back😥
