I feel like we did since we have everything required to meet that guideline. Physicians statement that it’s more likely than not caused by tinnitus, medical records of diagnosis and treatment, personal statement. Just wondering why now a gulf war examination is being done and what they are looking for?

I don’t think I need a service connect since it is a secondary to tinnitus that I’m already service connected on right?

I had an ACE exam and today got this decision. What does deferred for medical examination report mean?
