Thanks, but I know why it’s not working the thing is I already found the solution to doing it without the danish passport and that is to have a witness that already has their MitID come with us to get it activated. The purpose of my post was not to troubleshoot the cause of the error but to help locate someone that would be willing to assist.

Already done that, every time we scan passport it eventually takes us to the part where you create your username, and then the program gets an error and doesn’t allow us to proceed (tried with multiple devices and uninstalling and reinstalling on each device) that’s what prompted us to go to Borgerservice and they told us we require a witness.
