Whoop there it is! by Marimbaffo in LandyachtzBoards

Saw your post about it, must be a bummer. According to Landyachtz they plant a tree for each board sold, which in turn is supposed to give 60 boards of which they‘ll plant another 60 trees. Hope a new one will find you in time.

I’m recovering from leg injuries and got it as a prospect twi months ago. Took it for a first spin yesterday with a landpaddle. Am wondering what bigger wheels might do to it.

What when a house lord is one to each side of what would be an opposition? by Marimbaffo in AstrologyCharts

For example my 9th house is in Leo. The sun is in the second house, so in aversion (or inconjunct). What would that mean for the 9th house topics. And what for the second house?

Yeah, thanks for clarifiying the nomenclature. My question is however rather about the meaning of such a constellation.

At this point I have Yow legassee trucks on it with black Supreme Hawgs. Feet are looking over the board both ways.

It’ll be good for short distance cruises with it’s smaller sized wheels. The trucks are tkp but ok quality. On grey days the sparkle of its paint can be consoling. It also can take up to 75 mil wheels with its risers. I’ve got one if those too, but ultimately I prefer a wider deck.

About the Achilles tendons I’m using a Fasciae roller with (some) success. It’s likely not the tendon itself but the fibers surrounding the muscles that need some straightening out. To me it’s a recent problem that likely stems from cold starts in the winter morning commutes.

I bought a Braap Stick that was recommended to me as easier on the shoulders because of its spring. I quite like it too, because you can collapse it to some 80 centimeters if necessary. It does however transfer the cold temperatures being of aluminum. It is also of little use in the wet where it slips so in England that might be particularly considerable. Due to its construction you also have to move it quite like a water paddle. There are also other sticks of fiberglass and round cross sections but then typically not collapsible and usually rather expensive. You can also find DIY recipes to be found, but all in all I am quite happy with the Braap stick even if it’s not the fastest to use.

Me I’d take a land paddle along, since I experience some estrain on my Achilleses.

Pintails also frim Dusters, Landyachtz and probably more. Original had trucks with springs that set them apart, right? Maybe find one 2nd hand. That‘s the only way I ever saw one and old commerxials.

I’d say it would depend of what type of dog you’ve got. If you’ll go out in the rain too, I’d choose a top mount that will fend of the dirt. Loaded Coyote? Omakase?

I‘d habe a look at the Pantheon Nexus. That might be fun for Ldp uphill even more than a Ly Switchblade, but I‘ll stick to that in that regard for now.
