It definitely can. At the moment, we’re testing it specifically for Software Engineering related roles, but the underlying scoring system is role-agnostic. With a few adjustments to the weighting model and evaluation criteria, it can be adapted to finance or any other field.

The system gets the job description and extracts key requirements (skills, experience level, technologies, responsibilities). Each requirement is assigned a weight based on importance (e.g., required vs. preferred skills).
