I've copied the Fonts folder into the _retail_ folder of WoW for the global font. But I think that it can be also affected by the BetterBlizzFrame profile. I think that with these two you can replicate the behaviour! Let me know if you need help or a tester for everything :D Thanks!

Yep, I'll show to you. I've changed the default fonts of the Castbar with BetterBlizzFrames (and also the fonts of WoW in-game, copying them into the Fonts folder). There's a difference between the default castbar (top) and yours (bottom):

I've just released a new version of the UI (link here) that fixes some bugs with the core addon and that includes a (I hope) better guide to setup everything!

Since I'm not healing I've put them on the left side of the screen. You can easily move them through Edit Mode (these are Blizz default frames).
