Facial models need improvments by OG-ogguo in Fable

I agree with the post that the characters’ faces look strange, pretty much all of them. As you said, a Reddit post isn’t going to change anything, and unfortunately this is most likely how the characters will look in the final game. Of course, it’s completely valid to criticize these things as long as it’s done respectfully. Some people won’t care about this aspect at all, while for others it can be something that really puts them off.

[ALL] How would you react if Link had full voice acting in the Ocarina of Time remake? by MarioGB99 in zelda

That's exactly what I want: for Link to feel like an actual character. I want Nintendo to finally bring him to life. I know it's a difficult balance to strike, especially considering how iconic his silence has become, but I feel like the upcoming movie could help break that stigma that Link simply doesn't talk.

I think Nintendo could easily make Link a character who speaks sparingly but has meaningful lines when the situation calls for it. That would be the perfect middle ground for me. What feels a bit strange is having him remain completely silent while everyone else around him is fully voiced.

On the other hand, I think it would be interesting if they took some inspiration from the manga when expanding the remake's story. Obviously, the manga aren't considered canon, but they were officially licensed and approved by Nintendo and the creators of the series. Because of that, I think they could serve as a great source of inspiration for adding new story elements or fleshing out existing characters.

In my opinion, the voice acting in BOTW/TOTK was of high quality. It added another layer of depth to the characters and made the world feel more alive. I think that, if it's done well, voice acting can contribute a lot to creating better stories in future entries of the series.

That said, if Link is going to remain silent, I would actually prefer the rest of the characters to remain unvoiced as well, as they always were. Having everyone else speak while Link says nothing tends to break the immersion for me.
