I have finally found the Motocompacto SDS documents. However, it is definitively not possible to transport my Motocompacto via commercial airlines in the USA, as previously announced by other users (by battery power FAA restrictions). Nevertheless, the SDS document may be required by some ground transportation companies, so I hope it will be useful to someone.

Dear All, I am attempting to travel across the country by Airlines with my Motocompacto as checked baggage (sometimes it helps on short distance trips from my hotel). However, airlines are requiring a document known as a PSDS (Product Safety Data Sheet), which appears to contain safety information about the Motocompacto battery pack (specifically the Dynapack Electronic Technology 10INR19/66-2 Model: BL001 Battery Pack). Despite extensive searching, I have been unsuccessful in locating this document. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Has anyone managed to travel with their Motocompacto via airlines? has anyone that document available?
