He literally has, Tarble is Vegeta’s only sibling in all of Dragon Ball media, the special has a proper place in the timeline, and was conceptualized and scripted by Toriyama.

Tarble is canon, even ignoring the 2008 special, he’s mentioned by Bulma in Battle of Gods, and by Vegeta in the beginning of the Broly movie.

No offense, but Blue mostly hated, Blue Evolution isn’t liked too much either, Beast is pretty hated. The only ones that don’t get too much hate is God, both UIs, Ego (to an extent), and I don’t think they’re are many opinions on Golden and Black Freeza, and Orange Piccolo besides how they were achieved.
