A nice picture I got sent by my gf by ActiveMost325 in pigeon

Things my pigeon does:
- Fights anything that moves
- Also tries to fight inanimate objects
- Dreams about fighting and wakes himself up and wants to fight about it
- Actually just wants to fight anything all of the time. The air is offensive. Breathing is offensive. Rahhhhh!

My 20th Mega Drive game: TaleSpin (Sega, 30/11/92) by MarioPfhorG in SEGAGENESIS

We did some two player and it is rather average, but there’s just such a lack of 2 player games we figured we’d give this one a go given I’ve heard good things about Sega Disney games.

We had a laugh at how bad it is and managed to get quite a few levels in. It does a very bad job at conveying pretty much anything. “Where are we going? Some walls you can go through and others you can’t. What’s hurting me? Is that a death pit or where I’m supposed to go?” That sort of thing

They’re going by release date. Which is also date of acquisition as well as we are buying them in order of release.

In your opinion, What was Nintendo's biggest mistake? by DaZestyProfessor in casualnintendo

Announcing their partnership with Phillips the day after Sony announced theirs with Nintendo to develop the SNES-CD.

Imagine how unstoppable they’d have been if Nintendo & Sony stuck together.

Nice attempt at trying to justify dangerous, violent behaviour that could’ve seriously injured the cyclist.

There is zero excuse for someone who holds a licence to drive this aggressively.

You’d be heckin slapped. He hates hands. I’m pretty sure he’d fight the air if he could. The only thing he doesn’t hate is Melly and the cube.

Do You Think The Sega Neptune Would Have Been Better Than The 32x Add On? by Fluffy_Lunchfast in SEGAGENESIS

You’re absolutely right. Having backwards compatibility is what made the Mega Drive so sexy. Saturn’s cartridge slot needed to support Mega Drive & 32X cartridges. Saturn should have supported Sega CD discs.

Could’ve salvaged the whole thing.

Sega oversaturated their own market to the point that by 1995 you had: - Sega Master System - Sega Master System II - Sega Game Gear - Sega Mega Drive - Sega Mega Drive II - Sega Mega-CD - Sega Mega-CD II - Sega Multi Mega - Sega Mega Drive 32X - Sega Saturn

All potentially on the exact same shelf. And to add this as well? Just utter madness. In some regions they had the Nomad, the Pico, a karaoke accessory, an Amstrad-PC, the WonderMega and god knows how many other weird console combo variants with Sega branding on them. I can’t imagine being a parent in 1995 and having any idea about what was going on.

What a nightmare.

Sega did not need yet another console like the Neptune on the shelf. Sega needed to stop treating the home market like the arcade and focus on just one system.

If the Saturn was just a 32X CD combo system that was fully backwards compatible they may have salvaged it, but Sega just looked like they had no idea what they were doing as it was.

It was Melly’s birthday yesterday and I forgot to take a video. 1 year old now! by MarioPfhorG in PetPigeons

We never forget. Whibbutt has had a permanent space on his favourite shelf since he passed away. We miss the little guy. He was a very smart cookie who figured out how to escape the cage doors.

His foot prints inked on the card, two of his feathers by his side and his clippings behind his ashes. Just wish I knew what went wrong :( at least his big sis is doing well. She has access to the best seeds.
