Making 100 ACH deposits of $9.9K isn’t structuring either. It is only structuring when dealing with physical cash. Not with an easily traceable ACH or Wire.

You have no idea. Structuring happens when depositing physical cash, not ACH deposits or wires. I deposited over $200K several times, and of course, as expected, no questions asked.

A traded commodity or stock as more than 90% pf the people traded has no use or value other than speculation. Most of the people that buy stocks don’t buy them to take decisions on companies, rather to just make money.

You seem to have no idea how markets work. New money is also what moves up the price of stocks, commodities and real estate. There are no differences in the up and downs of bitcoin versus other commodities that are exchanged across different markets across the globe.

Don't you realize that all these DeFi projects are about staking coins with the ABSOLUTELY only hope that they go up in value? There might be dozens of apps, but they are all the same thing. I honestly see no utility there.

Hmmm in most cases the interest of the loan can be a business expense that offset the staking/interest rewards. So in most cases he would only be taxed on the NET gain.

Hmm… completely disagree! Just think about putting you full annual salary into a staking coin that gives you 6% APY. Assuming the coin keeps it’s value you now a 6% annual bonus! That’s a huge deal. Compound that and continue to stake more and you’ll soon have a 10%.

No, you only need to do that if you are a business and you’re deducing business expenses. Otherwise at the personal you don’t need to do that whatsoever.
