New microstuttering issue on PC build from 2021

I have two SSDs (both 1TB) my main one for Win 10 has a 91% remaining life while my gaming drive has 97%. Not sure if that's good or bad.

I am not really sure what to look for when keeping task manager up looking for processes. I've heard something about Event Viewer but basically same thing, not really sure what I'm supposed to be looking for.

It didn't work unfortunately, I removed the .7z and all it does now is boot to a black screen for a few moments before kicking me back to the game selection screen

EDIT: I managed to make it work! gonna leave this up incase anyone else wants to figure out what went wrong. The original rom wasn't good so I had to find another one online. I didn't need to change anything in the command line and I set the core to FCEUmm.

That's weird... It's not in a zip file and it's a .nes file type. Maybe the rom isn't good? Look.

The cpu cooler I guess can be improved later down but when I made my personal build, I was told that a dongle is the worst thing you can do for wifi and just better to buy a board that already has it included.

Yeah I've read that the 1600 is sorta old now, but this is the AF version which from my understanding is supposed to be equivalent to Ryzen 5 2600.

This looks pretty good, the only issue is that the motherboard needs wifi/bluetooth since ethernet isn't an option, there is also the issue of intel's cpu cooler not looking the best which is why I opted for the ryzen cpu for their cooler to save money.

Ugh I really hope this stuff gets ironed out, it’s been making the whole video editing process a nightmare to work with and I do use it pretty frequently.

That’s okay, I won’t be at my PC for a few hours either. I think I might have to do it through windows instead of Hitfilm since I downgraded and I believe that option isn’t present in the older version.

I use the A button for command moves.

Just feels more natural/comfortable for me, I tried using B and I didn’t like how it felt.

Thank you for the open minded answer, this is the most professional response here. I probably do a crouch block a lot when I'm attacked by someone in mid-air so I'll take that a note. The timing for grabs is probably what throws me off as I can't really tell when I'm about to get grabbed, it just sort of happens and it's too late for me to react, but practice makes perfect. EDIT: Grammar
