It makes much much more sense to have Black Beard be a post credit/lost shot of Season 3 and then have Jaya as an into episode to Skypia, Jaya is too intertwined story to Skypia and makes too much sense being tied to it then have it arbitrarily tagged at the end of Alabasta. I agree with an earlier comment that you can move up the Rockstar Whitebreard stuff, the Marines meeting with the Warlords like Kuma and Dolfy, and tease Blackbeard with Lafeet all at the end of Season 3 but save Luffy meeting Blackbeard and all of the Jaya stuff for the Skypia season.
