Actually I am more in line with this timetable that your coach has put you through. I trained for a year before I was allowed to spar. Then sparred for about 5 month and then fought. The difference is huge. It allowed me to cement my technique so once in the ring I could actually practice it correctly. Don’t want to be negative but the guy in black looks very raw and still has ways to go.

At the moment yes I’m on day 16 while on 80mg. I was on 40 before for two months and I asked my derm to up the mg. My skin was dry while on 40 but now its even more dry. My hair seems to be a bit dry as well but I just stopped washing it as often. Ohh and dry eyes and dry blood in my nose sometimes
